HVOF technology take the propane of high purity as fuel and the highly-pressed oxygen as combustion support. Then both are sent to the spray gun by controlling system under certain pressure and discharge, and lighted by electric sparks. Therefore, the gas with high temperature and high pressure forms, which is speeded up to more then 6 times velocity via the Laval nozzle.
The powder-sending-off system transmits the spray powder from Laval nozzle’s low pressure zone to flames. After heated by flames, it will be melted and atomized, then sprayed to the surface at high velocity. There forms dense, perfect and less oxidized coating with high stiffness and strong combination.

Situation requirements | under the oxidization <550℃ | 550~930℃ |
Coating performance | ultrahigh stiffnesslong-lasting. Especial Fitting to the protection
of well-worn parts like exhaust or suction fans ,etc | Under high temperature it becomes harder as the temperature grows.
It has a strong hot stiffness, which is the best protection
material for CFB boilers. |
